Been meaning to ask this. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $272,100 on average. Median household income is $55,292, which feels about average for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I've lived in Fairview for about 15 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Good airport with direct flights
- The weather scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for singles. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in South area are average. Kids love it here.
