Been meaning to ask this. I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 15,867 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thanks for reading. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
