Is Coos Bay walkable?

Just moved here 10 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -Coos Bay sits at 461.4 per 100K. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I wrong here? The weather takes some getting used to.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The nightlife is honestly pretty good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Weather-wise, the summers are underrated and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.
