Random thought, I work in finance and Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $1,851 for rent here. Rent is about $1,851/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $525,300, which is pretty steep. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here? The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
