Freelancing from Coppell -experience?

Curious what people think. My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $525,300, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from New York and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Westside. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.

People: Generally underrated. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like BBQ.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
