Housing market in Coppell right now

Hey folks, I'm a teacher here and The unemployment rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Used to live on the Meadowbrook side, now on the North side. Completely different vibe. I genuinely enjoy living here.
