OK so I'm retired and Homes are going for about $167,900 on average. Household incomes average around $68,900 in Copperas Cove. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
