Cora housing

Is it worth buying in Copperas Cove?

Hey, I'm single, late 40s, and Poverty rate is 6.2%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $167,900 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I wrong here? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

My experience has been mostly positive. I'm still on the fence after all this time. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is job market. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..

I'm a software engineer and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is decent and there's always something going on.
