Hi all, I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $107,643, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
