Is it worth buying in Coral Gables?

Anyone else feel this way? Household incomes average around $130,803 in Coral Gables. With a population of 49,243, Coral Gables is a smaller city. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say I genuinely enjoy living here. The school system is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..

Public transit is tough here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I have mixed feelings honestly.

I've lived in East for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Lots of new development happening
- The weather scene is average

The downsides:
- Limited shopping options
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for young professionals. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by community vibe. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- The public transit scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Rising rent and home prices

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for young professionals. Good luck with whatever you decide..

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The cost of living scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for families. Definitely worth checking out..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if outdoor recreation matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
