The good and bad of living in Coral Gables

Random thought, Crime rate is something to consider -Coral Gables sits at 97.0 per 100K. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thoughts? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development.

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The traffic is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
