Been meaning to ask this. I've been here for 13 years and Household incomes average around $90,643 in Coral Springs. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cheers. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say it exceeded my expectations. The food scene is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.
I've been here 8 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is community vibe. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the food scene is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is better than expected.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Lakewood side vs the West side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
Good luck with whatever you decide..

I've lived in Uptown for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Baltimore, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Active local events and festivals
- The job market scene is pretty good
The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Limited shopping options
Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for couples. Happy to answer more specific questions..
