Is Coral Springs still affordable?

I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,951 for rent here. Average temperature is around 75°F, so it's warm year-round. With a population of 134K, Coral Springs is a mid-size city. It's a a mid-size city city with about 134K people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Does this match your experience? Any help is appreciated. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I've lived in South for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Atlanta, I was surprised by job market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Lots of new development happening
- The nightlife scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Chain restaurants dominate

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for retirees. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
