Living in Coral Springs — the reality

Hello, I'm retired and Rent is about $1,951/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $90,643 in Coral Springs. Average temperature is around 75°F, so it's warm year-round. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is cultural scene. Other than that, Hope this helps!.
