Studio apartments in Coral Springs — options?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Homes are going for about $502,700 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Has anyone dealt with this? The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The food scene is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I've lived in North for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Miami, I was surprised by healthcare. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- The public transit scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for families. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
