Median household income is $90,643, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Does this match your experience? It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. - Far from beaches/mountains
Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for retirees. Hope this helps!.
