Random thought, Just moved here 10 months ago and The median home value here is around $502,700, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $1,951/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest?
