Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 12 months ago and Rent is about $1,707/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. Crime rate is something to consider -Coral Terrace sits at 206.2 per 100K. Household incomes average around $77,396 in Coral Terrace. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
