Raising a family in Coram -thoughts?

OK so Does this match your experience? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is cost of living. Other than that, No regrets on my end..
