Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $425,300 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Has anyone dealt with this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
