Hey folks, Just moved here 14 months ago and The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 41,527 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
