Why I chose Coram over bigger cities

Hey everyone, Born and raised here. It's a a smaller city city with about 41,527 people. With a population of 41,527, Coram is a smaller city. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. Household incomes average around $107,159 in Coram. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I'm a marketing manager and I've found it was the best decision I ever made. The community is decent and there's always something going on.
