Why I chose Coram over bigger cities

Been meaning to ask this. It's a a smaller city city with about 41,527 people. The median home value here is around $425,300, which is pretty steep. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Springfield area are solid. Kids love it here.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
