Coraopolis quality of life -am I missing something?

Hey, Poverty rate is 10.7%, which is around average. The median home value here is around $151,500, which is actually reasonable. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Let me know your thoughts.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to New York it's hit or miss.
