Pros and cons of Corcoran after 5 years

Anyone else feel this way? I'm originally from Salt Lake City and Homes are going for about $540,100 on average. It's a a small town city with about 6,854 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Used to live on the Lakewood side, now on the Riverside side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

My experience has been mostly positive. it exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd watch out for is cost of living. Other than that, Hope this helps!.
