Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a teacher here and With a population of 10,107, Cordele is a small town. The unemployment rate is 6.2%, which is concerning. Crime rate is something to consider -Cordele sits at 633.8 per 100K. Homes are going for about $110,700 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Thoughts? Cheers. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
