I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are improving, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I work in healthcare here and the quality of life is solid. The job market for my field is excellent. No regrets on my end..

Came here for retirement and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The traffic is honestly decent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want food scene, then yeah this place is great. But if weather matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Internet is tough in most areas.
