Anyone else love living in Corinth?
First post here. My partner and I are You can expect to pay around $638 for rent here. Poverty rate is 11.7%, which is around average. It's a a small town city with about 14,450 people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
Pros:
- Good schools
- Easy commute
- Strong sense of community
- Active local events
Cons:
- Rising rent prices
- Sprawl everywhere
- Poor road conditions
- Mosquitoes and humidity
Should I be concerned? TIA! It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
