Co-working spaces in Corinth?

So, My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Corinth sits at 166.3 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. What would you do? Thanks for reading. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Chicago and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in South. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in hospitality you might struggle.

People: Generally better than expected. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like Thai.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
