Curious what people think. I'm originally from Memphis and Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $638/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $164,200 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
