Hey, Military spouse here. You can expect to pay around $638 for rent here. With a population of 14,450, Corinth is a small town. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Appreciate any input. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
