What I wish I knew before living in Corinth

Hey, Military spouse here. You can expect to pay around $638 for rent here. With a population of 14,450, Corinth is a small town. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Appreciate any input. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I've lived in Uptown for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Decent public transit for the size
- The housing market scene is decent

The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for singles. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
