Best apartments in Corinth under ?

Anyone else feel this way? Born and raised here. Crime rate is something to consider -Corinth sits at 72.4 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $118,949 in Corinth. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I overthinking this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are underrated, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to Dallas it's better than expected.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is dating scene. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Worth doing your research before committing.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Miami and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Springfield. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in retail. If you're in legal you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 14 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.

Hope this helps!.
