Best kept secrets of Corinth, TX

Curious what people think. I've been here for 6 years and You can expect to pay around $1,826 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thoughts? Thanks for reading.

As someone who grew up here, the quality of life is solid. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much manageable but now it's better than expected.

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Tampa, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Lots of new development happening
- The housing market scene is average

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Road conditions need improvement

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for young professionals. Hope this helps!.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is weather. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..
