Hi all, We're a young couple and Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $351,200, which seems about average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Does this match your experience? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development.
