Alright, Household incomes average around $118,949 in Corinth. Homes are going for about $351,200 on average. The median home value here is around $351,200, which seems about average. The unemployment rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $118,949, which feels pretty solid for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Growing food scene
- Close to nature
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Hot summers
- Cold winters
- Rising rent prices
- Limited dining options
Would love some local perspective. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in Cedar Grove for 11 years. Moved from San Diego for weather. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is surprisingly good. We bought in 2020 at k and it's now worth up a bit than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 1-bed in a safe area. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable.

**Employment:**
tech is strong here. manufacturing is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are stable for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
it exceeded my expectations. The outdoor scene is tough - we have beaches within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Cedar Grove schools are improving. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Chain restaurants dominate. Far from beaches/mountains. And school system can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
For couples, I'd say this is a 7/10. No regrets on my end.. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.

Bought a house here in 2021 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
