Hey everyone, Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 10.0%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $274,600, which seems about average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Bought a house here in 2022 and I have mixed feelings honestly. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

The food scene here is surprisingly good. Tons of great Italian places. it's not perfect but it works for me.
