Pros and cons of Corning after 7 years

Random thought, My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 10,666, Corning is a small town. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Would love some local perspective. Thanks! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Pittsburgh it's better than expected.

Public transit is surprisingly good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I have mixed feelings honestly.
