Hello, Just moved here 10 months ago and Household incomes average around $106,438 in Corona. The median home value here is around $656,500, which is pretty steep. It's a a mid-size city city with about 159K people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I overthinking this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
