Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 20s, and Household incomes average around $106,438 in Corona. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What do you all think? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from Boston about 2 years ago. The main reasons were school and my partner's job.
Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Decent public transit for the size
- Close to major attractions
Cons that are real:
- Dating scene is rough
- Bugs and humidity in summer
Financially, we've found it improving compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are established, gas is average.
Socially, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Happy to answer more specific questions..

My experience has been mostly positive. I'm still on the fence after all this time. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
