Rent prices in Corona getting crazy

Anyone else noticing rent going up fast in Corona? Over the last year, I feel like prices went up at least 10-15%. I'm paying $2136 for a 2BR which feels like a lot.

Are there any neighborhoods that are still affordable? Thinking about moving to a cheaper area.

Great post! One thing I'd mention is check out the local Facebook groups for neighborhood info. Makes a big difference.
