OK so I'm single, late 30s, and The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $3,250/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $3,250 for rent here. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
