First time home buyer in Coronado

Alright, Military spouse here. The median home value here is around $1,998,900, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Looking forward to hearing from you all.

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The pet-friendliness is underrated compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..
