I'm a college student here and It's a a small town city with about 18,558 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Coronado sits at 42.6 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Would love some local perspective. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
