Rent in Coronado getting crazy

Longtime lurker here, Been living here since 2005. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Anyone in a similar situation?

Came here for my partner's job and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The food scene is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
