Grocery stores in Corozal zona urbana -recommendations?
Curious what people think. I'm a remote worker and With a population of 10,672, Corozal zona urbana is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I overthinking this? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a software engineer who relocated here from San Diego about 1 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and retirement.
Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good internet infrastructure
- Affordable housing options
Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Limited public transit options
Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are established, gas is better than expected.
Socially, I have mixed feelings honestly. Good luck with whatever you decide..
