Hi all, Just moved here 18 months ago and Poverty rate is 13.1%, which is around average. Crime rate is something to consider — Corpus Christi sits at 794.4 per 100K. The weather takes some getting used to. Is this normal for Corpus Christi? The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
