Is Corpus Christi walkable?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a 52-year-old pharmacist and Rent is about $1,230/month for a decent place. With a population of 317K, Corpus Christi is a mid-size city. Homes are going for about $197,100 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,230 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Weather-wise, the summers are improving and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great farm-to-table places. I love the pace of life here.
