Is Corrigan good for remote workers?

Longtime lurker here, Military spouse here. Rent is about $702/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $702 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 9 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is housing market. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the cost of living is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Old Town side vs the Springfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
