Living in Corsicana -the reality

Curious what people think. I'm originally from Salt Lake City and Crime rate is something to consider -Corsicana sits at 738.8 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Let me know your thoughts. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
