I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Median household income is $51,240, which feels on the lower side for the area. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
